First of all, i think that London is the worst! I haven't been to France in order to leave my opinion but I have been to Italy and the fashion there is the best.
Especially for the men. I mean Italy is the world of fashion. From there we have Armani, Dolce & Gabana, Versace and more. All Italian

honestly speaking i think Franch people are the best fashion and Italians are the worst as they always rockup on boots (like horse jockeys) @ all times with whatever occasion

my opinion would be Scotish peeps with their SKIRTS (best fashion)
and African Americans with their HUGH TROUSERS AND TOPS
